We are currently recruiting for two positions to begin in the Spring 2010 semester:

*Publicity Manager

*Technology/Special Projects Manager

UCC is a student-run organization that hosts the Career Expos each semester.

The organization is comprised of the following positions:

  • Project Manager

  • Finance Manager

  • Company Contacts/Logistics Manager

  • Hospitality/Publicity Manager

  • Technology/Special Events Manager

 

General Responsibilities:

 

1.) You must be prompt in communication (phone and e-mail) including both winter and summer breaks and have excellent oral and written communication skills

 

2.) On the day of Expo, UCC members are required to help out the entire day!


3) We are looking for members who have time management skills and can dedicate time to the organization

 

 

Position Responsibilities:

 

Technology/Special Events Manager:

1.) Maintaining UCC website and having working knowledge of FrontPage and html

2.) Recruiting/Training 200+ volunteers for expos

3.) Holding 2 mandatory training sessions

4.) Coordinate with other areas of UCC to update and revamp website and add user functionality

 

Hospitality/Publicity Manager:

1.) Publicizing expos (t-shirts, flyers and brochures)

2.) Coordinating catering services and recruiter gifts

3.) Responsible for banners, signs, and notifying other colleges around campus

 

Company Contact/Logistic Manager

1.) Maintaining contact with recruiters regarding registration and updates

2.) Planning shipping, electric, parking, registration, and decorating services for expos
